Fine timepieces require proper care, and most manufacturers recommend servicing every 3 to 5 years to maintain accuracy and performance.
We also facilitate servicing and repairs for Tissot, Citizen, Rotary, Mondaine, and Bering watches by returning them to their parent companies. For older timepieces, our trusted watchmaker can assess and service them as needed.
At Jago Jewellers, we offer in-store watch battery replacements for most models. If your watch requires resealing to maintain water resistance, we can arrange for it to be sent to a specialist for this additional service.

Jewellery repairs
At Jago Jewellers, we provide a high-quality jewellery repair service, subject to assessment. While in our care, your jewellery is fully insured at its current market value. We aim to complete repairs as efficiently as possible and will always keep you informed throughout the process. Estimates will be provided before any work begins, and we will ensure your approval before proceeding. You'll also be advised on the expected timeframe for your repair.
Jewellery worn regularly naturally experiences some wear over time. To keep it in the best condition, we recommend having it serviced at least every two years—especially rings and bracelets, which are more prone to everyday knocks. A professional polish and a thorough check of the settings in our workshop will help maintain your jewellery’s integrity and keep it looking its best for years to come.
